Kahoot
This interactive website allows for the instructor to create mini-assessments that can be implemented in the beginning, middle, or end of any lesson. Each pupil can sign in on a device and respond to the questions. The kahoot will tell students if they got the answer correct, and what place they are in, in the class. This encourages all students to respond to the prompted questions. While evaluating the answers students are self-reflecting.

Magnetic Seating Chart
This chart will be posted in the front of the classroom. Each student can select where their seat will be for the week every Monday morning. By allowing students to select their seats to their own discretion it is providing students with autonomy in the classroom and involving them in making their own behavioral goals. If a student knows they will not work well next to another student they will have to decide that on their own, and base their behavior off of that.
